DELIVERY

To ensure the best service, Comet Audio Visual dispatch most goods both domestically and internationally, via Australia Post.

Parcels must be collected from the post office if you are not home to receive them. We also deliver to P.O. boxes.

Costs for international delivery will be on application.

Insurance, if required, is your responsibility. Please allow 21 working days for delivery within Australia, and 28 days internationally from date of dispatch. All taxes and duties payable on international deliveries are the responsibility of the purchaser. Sorry no COD's.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

How do I return an item(s)? To return an item(s), please include a copy of the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to our address that appears at the top of the packaging slip.

In order to receive replacement product/s, the original goods must be returned within 14 business days of order date - providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

Defective items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.

How can I exchange an item(s)?
For an exchange of style please include original freight charge or credit card details to cover re-delivery and/or additional product costs. For international exchanges, delivery costs to deliver the exchanged item back to you will also usually be at original freight charge. Please do not re-use our postal bag you will be responsible for all delivery and customs arrangements and costs in returning the goods to us. Refunds and exchanges are generally processed within 72 hours of receipt. Make sure your name, return address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.

What do I need to know about refunds?
All refunds are credited to the card used to make the original purchase, generally within 48 hours.
